The estimated delivery time will be between 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Australia Standard Delivery – 15.00 NZD + FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 200 NZD
The estimated delivery time will be between 3-10 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Asia Standard Delivery – 25.00 NZD + FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 200 NZD
The estimated delivery time will be between 5-10 working days, depending on the delivery address.

USA & Canada Standard Delivery – 25.00 NZD + FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 200 NZD
The estimated delivery time will be between 5-10 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Europe Standard Delivery – 25.00 NZD + FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 200 NZD

Purchasing a product with a pre-ordered product, we offer you two options:
1. Receive it in a single delivery once the pre ordered item is in stock
2. Receive it faster in several deliveries (with an additional delivery cost) 

Exchanges and Returns 

You have 14 calendar days from the shipping date to return your purchase from slowlygoldenstore.com

At Slowly Golden Store
You can exchange or return items at our store located at 15A Wilson Road, Waihi Beach free of charge.

At a Drop Off Site
You can request a returns label by emailing us at hello@slowlygoldenstore.com
Returns have a cost of 6.00 NZD that will be deducted from the refunded amount.
