What is our online return policy?
At Slowly Golden we will happily accept items in new & resell-able condition with original hang tags/sanitary stickers attached for a store credit, for the price of the garment. You will be responsible for return shipping cost(s). The Salty Collective is not liable for loss of garments/products being returned, so we recommend using a trackable delivery service.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase to issue the return of your items. Your store credit will be issued to you once we check the item has been returned to us in it's original state.
Please note: sale items can be exchanged for a different size/colour or returned for store credit.

What about if the product is faulty?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can start the exchange process.
Slowly Golden will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.
Please note: We will not accept a refund for products that have not been cared for correctly.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or colour?
Definitely, just make sure the garment is in new, unworn condition with it's original tags and sanitary stickers. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. It's best to contact us on email@example.com or social
@slowlygoldenstore beforehand and we help you choose the fit.
For international exchanges it's best if you contact us beforehand and we'll help you out.
When will I get my store credit?
Once we receive your returned product, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email when the return has been processed and cleared. You are then welcome to choose anything else in our online store.
Please note... The colours of our garments can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography outdoors, therefore lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in the photos and the fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life.
